Where and when is the Annual Conference?
The Conference will be held October 17th – 19th at the Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX.

When can I register for the Conference?
Registration is open! Visit the Conference registration page to download the registration form.

How can I pay for my Conference registration?

What is included in the cost of my registration?
You will receive a name badge, program and registration bag when you arrive on site. With your name badge, you have access to attend all of the plenary sessions, concurrent sessions, luncheons, receptions, and exhibit hall.

How can I buy guest tickets for someone not attending the full conference?
When you complete the Annual Conference registration form, you have the option to purchase tickets for guests. If you would like to purchase tickets after you have already registered, contact the Texas NAHRO Service Office @ 940-521-9982.

Can I purchase guest tickets when I get to the meeting?
A limited number of tickets for non-training events will be available at the registration desk, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of tickets on-site.

What if something comes up and I have to cancel my registration, do I get refunded?
To receive a refund of your registration fees, written notice of cancellation must be received no later than September 15, 2022; a $50 cancellation fee will be assessed.  Cancellations received after this date will not be refunded.  The agency can send a substitute attendee if the original registrant can’t attend.  No exceptions will be made.

Why does Texas NAHRO charge a cancellation fee for conference registrations?
Texas NAHRO allows attendees to register for the conference without payment at time of registration. The cancellation fee is an administrative fee that covers staff time and overhead needed to send invoices for the registration fee and to process cancellations and/or issue refunds as needed.

How do I get the discounted group rate when booking my hotel room?
To receive the discount you must make your reservations before the discount cutoff date (9/30/22). When making your reservations, let the attendant assisting you know that you are with the TX NAHRO Conference and we have a group discount.
