The Waco Housing Authority (WHA) hereby requests proposals from experienced development entities to partner with the Authority to provide expertise in redevelopment of 902 public housing units using a variety of funding sources and financial arrangements under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program or other public housing mixed finance methods.

QuadCo Management Solutions, LLC, (QuadCo), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Fort Worth Housing Solutions, (FWHS), is seeking sealed bids from a qualified contractor to add a mail kiosk at Siddons Place Apartments, 250 Pennsylvania, Fort Worth, TX 76104.
MBE/WBE firms are encouraged to submit a sealed bid.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS – TXNAHRO Service OFFICER
The Texas NAHRO Chapter of the National Association of Housing Redevelopment Officials (NAHRO) will accept competitive sealed proposals for a qualified firm to provide Service Officer Responsibilities for the organization. The responsibilities are to provide Texas NAHRO and its officers, committee chairs and others whom have been delegated responsibilities, professional and technical assistance to carry out policies and programs to meet goals and other duties as deemed necessary by the President or Executive Board.
Participate in the planning, development and implementation of events, programs and activities as described herein. TXNAHRO’s intent is to award a contract to the successful applicant for a period of three years, with the option of extending the contract annually for up to two additional years in one year extended contracts.
