IFB for All Sites Interior Remodel – New Boston Property Management
Cutoff: 10am Aug 27, 2020
New Boston Property Management, New Boston, Texas, will receive Bids for All Sites Interior Remodel, TX054-2020-08 until 2:00 p.m., on August 27, 2020, at the Central Office at 303 Rice in New Boston, Texas 75570, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m., August 19, 2020 at the Central office. A detailed description of the scope of work may be obtained from the Property Management.
Proposed forms of Contract Documents, including Scope of Work, are on file at the Office of the New Boston Property Management as well as the management website at www.applynewboston.com under bidding opportunities.
A Certified Check, payable to New Boston Property Management; U. S. Government Bonds; or a satisfactory Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid.
The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Payment Bonds.
Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity, and payment of not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Specifications must be paid on this Project according to Davis Bacon and Related Acts.
The New Boston Property Management reserves the right to reject any or all Bids or to waive any informalities in the Bidding process.
No Bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening of Bids without the consent of New Boston Property Management.

The Housing Authority of the City of McAllen (McAHA) is requesting statements of qualifications and proposals from qualified individuals and/or firms interested in partnering with McAHA and/or its Instrumentalities to develop affordable housing developments using Low Income Housing Tax Credits and/or other financing.
