It is time again for the Housing America Campaign Poster Contest!
As part of its 2010 Housing America campaign, NAHRO will hold a poster contest for children associated with affordable housing and community development programs owned or administered by national NAHRO member agencies. Posters will reflect the national theme of “What Home Means to Me.” The contest is a collaborative effort of NAHRO’s chapter/state, regional, and national organizations. This is a great opportunity for all the youth you serve to tell what home means to them.
A winner will be selected in each category and submitted to National NAHRO for consideration in the National Competition. The Grand Prize Winner of the National Competition will receive a $500 savings bond, their poster on the cover of the 2011 Calendar, and a trip to Washington, DC during the March 2011 Legislative Conference. Twelve other honorees will receive $100 savings bond and be included in the 2011 Calendar.
Below please find links to Poster Contest detailsas well as the application and narrative forms.
Both forms must be submitted with the posters and must be received no later than 8/17/10 to be eligible for entry.
