General Questions

I am only able to attend one day of the show, are day passes available?
    No, day passes are not available.

What are the closest airports to the show?

What methods of payment are accepted?
   The following credit cards are accepted forms of payment: MasterCard and Visa. Checks and money orders made payable to Texas NAHRO. Cash is accepted (on-site only).

Can I bring my children or Spouse to the show?
   All persons attending the Texas NAHRO Conference MUST be registered and wear identification badges. The name badges will be used as admission to all events, sessions, etc. Lunches require a special meal ticket provided to all registered attendees. Additional event or meal tickets for guest/spouse can be purchased at the registration desk or in advance by clicking here.

Are session handouts available for download?
   Yes, all session material will be provided online and will not be printed. All hand out material will be available October 7th for download should you want to print them and will continue to be available after the show.

What is the registration cancellation policy?
   All Conference registrations may be cancelled/refunded provided a cancellation request is made in writing  by September 23, 2016. You may e-mail your request to: txnahro@brazosnet.com or fax it to: 866.234.4018.    No cancellations will be accepted after March 18. Refunds (minus a $50 processing fee) will be issued within 30 days after the show. There are no refunds for "no-shows."

   Yes, Texas NAHRO 2017 exhibitors and attendees receive the lowest rates, most from $99/night.

Are there free shuttle buses to and from Airport?
   Yes
