FSS Family Moving Towards Self-Sufficiency!

The Abilene Housing Authority (AHA) is proud to announce that Shawn Womack (pictured above), a Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) participant, was selected to receive an annual scholarship provided by Professional Women in Building of Abilene (PWB)!

This is the second consecutive year that one of AHA’s FSS participants has received one of the scholarships provided by PWB to be applied toward a students four year university, 2 year junior college, or trade/technical school cost.

AHA congratulates Shawn on recognizing the importance of continuing her education and for receiving a scholarship to financially assist her in obtaining her advanced education!
